Apr 25, 06 how i do my do

A lot of you guys have been asking me how I do my hair. When you go for funky hair or any hair besides being down and straight or down with a little curl or volume the biggest goal is to just not be afraid. You aren’t using scissors its not like you can do damage and the only way you are gonna get good is if you just go for it. It takes practice and I have been practicing for a long time. I’m actually better at doing
funky things to my hair more so then doing my hair down. If it’s down then I usually just take a flat iron to it and call it a day. The tools that are best used for crazy do’s are bobby pins.......lots and lots and lots of bobby pins, a teaser comb, a flat iron, lambs wool, and two good products that I usually get from s**y Hair (s**yhair.com).....hair spray and a product called Smooth and Seal that you spray on the hair before you flat iron it so that it doesn’t damage the hair. Don’t be mean to your hair be gentle but don’t be afraid to play. Start by backcombing and then use your pins to pin it into place. I use lambs wool when I want to create the bump in the front and want it to have that really clean look like Gwen has a lot of the time. Pin it into place though cause its gotta be a secret, you don’t want people to know that you stuffed your hair! Haha… Use hair bands for your ponytails, the clear ones work great for smaller ponytails and if you feel like you don’t have enough hair then buy more and add it on. The number one rule about fake hair though is that its gotta look like its yours. You may have bought and payed for it but that doesn’t mean that when its on your head it automatically looks like it belongs to you. It takes work to look like your own. So from there, just play.
